Term & Conditions

All services offered by Executive Premium Transport & Travels (Pvt) Ltd is based on the terms and conditions defied here. By placing an order, the client agrees with all the terms and conditions defined here.

1. Obtain the Services

Customers are able to obtain the services provided by communication with EPTT reservation via Email, phone call, through our website or any other methods defined by EPTT on the website.
EPTT reserve the right to accept, decline any booking at its discretion and all bookings / reservations are subject to availability.
In event of a cancellation, EPTT will notify the client(s) via email, phone call or text. (Refer Clause 4 for Cancelation & Refund policy)

2. Reservations / Bookings

To obtain a quote or make a reservations/ booking, you are required to provide us with correct details of full contact, full name, contact number, and email address.
The reservations team will accept reservations & issue quotations and based on the requirements specified by the customer. All reservations/ booking and quotations will only be confirmed upon recovering the payment confirmation.

3. Payments

3.1. All charges specified by EPTT is the current tariff published by the Company and are only inclusive of the Vehicle, Driver & Fuel.
3.2. All Other Highway charges (Except for Airport), Parking fees, Taxes, Bank charges or any other charges that may be applicable for the hire will be on customers account.
3.3. All Bookings/ Reservations are payable in advance to confirm the booking except for the pre- approved credit customers.
3.4. We accept all major debit and credit cards for direct payments. However, card charges are non- refundable for booking cancellations/ alternations.
3.5. Rates are subject to change at any time without prior written notice.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. All bookings cancellations or amendments must be made and acknowledged by EPTT during office hours / working hours of the travel counter.
4.2. Cancellation window: or amendments to the booking can be done 72 hours prior to the booking date/time.
4.3. Refund eligibility: Full refund except for the bank charges will be eligible for cancellations done within the cancellation window. (72 hours prior to the booking time/date)
4.4. All cancellations/alterations made less than 72 hours of the booking date/time the full amount will be charged.

5. No-Show Policy

The payment will be non- refundable if the customer does not show up at the designated location and time for which a reservation has been made and a confirmation has been sent.

6. Fleet Categories

Standard Range - Toyota Axio, Toyota Premio, or equivalent
Luxury Range - Mercedes Benz E200, Mercedes Benz 116 CDI VITO MIXTO, Mercedes Benz C350E or equivalent

7. Refusal of Travel

EPTT reserves the right to refuse travel, for any passenger that shows any behavior that may pose a threat to the chauffeur, or induce violence etc. & may lead to legal action.

8. Child Seats

Requests for child seats must be made at the time of booking. Child seat will be provided at an additional charge on availability.
Customers who wish to use their own child seats, will be responsible for installing & removing it without causing any damage to the vehicle interior.

9. No Animals

No animals will be allowed to be carried on any vehicle.

10. Damage to Vehicles

In the event that the interior or exterior of the vehicle is soiled or damaged by the customer, repair charge or any loss of earnings for the vehicle will apply to the customer.

11. General Exceptions

Any failure on our part to carry out or delay on our part in carrying out any of our duties under a booking resulting from an Event outside of our reasonable control will not subject us to liability or responsibility. Any act or occurrence that is beyond our reasonable control is referred to as a "event beyond our control," including hostilities (whether or not a war has been declared), civil war, revolution, rebellion, storms, floods, earthquakes, subsidence, epidemics, and failures of both public and private telecommunications networks. Including but not limited to traffic jams, flat tires, traffic accidents, road closures because of mishaps and mechanical failures, strikes, and lockouts.

12. Zero Tolerance

We have a zero-tolerance policy against verbal or written harassment, discrimination, or rudeness directed at our workers or contractors. In such a situation, we reserve the right to instantly stop offering our products and services to customers. The entire amount spent on products and services is not refundable.

13. Fraud

The cardholder listed on the reservation must approve payments. If we reasonably suspect that you or the cardholder are connected to any type of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without giving you advance notice.
